Description
Jeddore Harbour Range Rear Light is part of a former lighthouse site located in Halifax Regional Municipality. This project involved remediation of lead impacted soils that exceeded the criteria for disposal in Nova Scotia.

- Transport of contaminated materials out of province for treatment and disposal.
- Site access challenges with the site being in a wooded area, approximately 400m down a narrow, overgrown trail and use of heavy equipment from the remedial area to the roadway for loading.
