This summer has been exceptionally dynamic. Our team has been spearheading projects across BC, Alberta, Nunavut, Yukon, Manitoba, and Ontario—addressing everything from water and mining to marine and sensitive environments. We’re seeing a significant rise in ecosystem restoration projects and initiatives designed to bolster infrastructure resilience against extreme weather and climate-related impacts. The onset of wildfire season further underscores the urgency of integrating these considerations into every aspect of our work. 

Our expansion into Canada’s North has opened exciting opportunities for collaboration with Indigenous businesses and communities. By respecting traditional lands, incorporating cultural elements, and valuing traditional knowledge, we are engaging with Indigenous communities to align with their vision for future prosperity. Our recent partnership with Sudliq Developments Inc. in Nunavut is a prime example of this approach, and I am excited for the outcomes of our collaboration. These initiatives are not just about environmental reconciliation; they also focus on economic reconciliation through training, capacity building, and revenue sharing. This holistic approach ensures that our projects contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic well-being of the communities we serve.
