Salumaq Environmental Contracting Inc., based in Coral Harbour, Nunavut, is a proud joint venture between Sudliq Developments Ltd. and Milestone. The leadership team recently gathered in Winnipeg for a meaningful day of connection and collaboration. This time together created space to step back from daily operations and focus on open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and strengthening our shared vision.

For the Milestone team (pictured right: Tim Beckenham, Jonathan Markiewicz, and Eric Pringle), it was another valuable opportunity to listen and learn from the Salumaq leadership team (pictured left: Doris Bruce, Dino Bruce, and Louie Bruce), whose deep knowledge, lived experience, and strong community connections guide every project across the Arctic. 

From mobilizing resources to leading complex environmental work on their traditional territory, their leadership continues to shape a respectful and responsive approach to environmental contracting in the Arctic.
