Remove Petroleum Hydrocarbon (PHC) impacted soil through excavation and offsite disposal and in-situ treatment of Trichloroethylene (TCE) impacted areas via abiotic reduction through Zero Valent Iron (ZVI) amendment using mechanical soil mixing to effectively distribute ZVI into the TCE impacted zone.
